Him members.
I remember watching a video of Chick Hickok perform but I am unable to find it online anymore. Can someone share details or video links or video tutorials about his work/performance Nbl. |

I'd be interested in watching him perform since I wasn't a fan of his "Mentalism Incorporated," when I read it (unpopular opinion I guess)

I could be mistaken, but I remember that a few years ago, Mr. Hickok was selling off his library because from what I understood, he was retiring. That's where I was finally able to get his Diagonal Magic Square pamphlet.

He is not performing anymore, heading towards his 80th birthday... but he is in good shape and still quite active (as I can see and read in our "circle" of the P. E. A,). Jan

One regret I have is I do not have a good quality video of a full performance.
I would love to watch it with my grand children so they could understand what my approach to mentalism looked like. I have a very bad copy of a performance that I have been trying to clean up ... but have had little success Chuck Hickok PS Everything I published and sold will be reprinted and available through Penguin Magic in 30 to 90 days. |

Dear Chuck,
Your book Mentalism Incorporated, and witnessing your LIVE performance in Montreal some 20 years ago, helped launch my shift from Magic to Mentalism. You have remained a wonderful inspiration and have offered much sage guidance over these last many years through your writings. Thank you so much Chuck! So glad to know that you are doing well and continuing to contribute to our Magic/Mentalism community. Jonathan Montreal

I'd been doing corporate comedy magic for 20 years before I made the decision to jump off of the magic battleship and into the mentalism dingy. I loved mentalism but I knew there was something basic that I simply was not getting. So I bought books and studied and asked questions. One of the books I bought was Mentalism, Incorporated and from reading this the clouds parted and the angels sang. So many of my questions were answered...and I learned the great secret of how magic and mentalism shows are structured differently. More importantly I learned WHY it is that way.
I will forever be grateful to Chuck for this book. David

He almost always recorded the lectures his shop sponsored & he might be able to get you a copy of the AMAZING lecture/performance you gave there, some 15+ years ago... Thank you for your wonderful contribution to the magic arts.
