Hey all,
Thanks for all your previous comments about my other pass. I took all your suggestions into account and came out with this riffle pass. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks. Riffle Pass |

Hey Smu,
Looks pretty good to me. You could maybe try riffling the deck from the front as well. It makes it look more visual from the spectators point of view. Also, if you tilt the hands up ever so slightly when you make the pass and then begin to riffle, the top card is hidden right up until you riffle off the last card. This is how I do it. I reckon you've pretty much nailed it though www21.brinkster.com/magicden (check out my video clips, passes and all ) |

Never mind, I got it working. It looks pretty good. One thing I might mention though is that right when you do the pass, you do it in one quick motion. Don't worry I do that too sometimes. But I've been working on doing it in one smooth rocking motion.
Laymen probably wouldn't notice any difference between the two, but if you were to perform for a magician they would recognize the quick motion and know that a pass had occurred even if they didn't see the pass itself. Other than that it's a really clean pass. Keep up the good work. |
