Geez, I am in the hospital every other week now. Copd, Chf and a tumor in my brain to top it off. And lots of meds and beds. Also--performing coin magic for the nurses. Great venue for some impromptu stuff. Any kind of coins comes in handy, as does David Williamson's Floating Assembly. There is a great 3 coins across in Michael Rubinstein's book that always goes over well.
So it's almost worth being sick for. It would be cool to hear of others occasions of impromptu coin magic |

Hey Fonda, I wish you the best as you go through your health issues. I was in the hospital for almost a month after my stem cell transplant, so I know something about being in the hospital for an extended length of time. Glad you are having fun with the coins across! On Halloween, whenever the door opened and the kids said, "Trick or Treat", I would just say, "OK, how about a trick then?". I would then produce a coin, perform a flurry, and at the end say, "It's not over there, it's not over here, because it's in your ear!", producing the coin. When I had chocolate coins, I used that. I used to produce the big coin at the end ("But in case that's too tiny, let's make it big and shiny"), but to be honest, the reaction was so good with the ear that anything after that was anticlimactic.

Fonda my friend, never happy to hear that you are in the hospital but no one makes the best of it like you. You are truly an inspiration. I hope you recover quickly, and will keep you in my prayers.
I haven’t stayed in the hospital much but have done a bit of magic there for others, nurses, patients, kids and even a few doctors. Once, I was doing a shadow coins on a friend’s bed and the doctor walked in, watched, shook his head and with a big smile said, “Now that’s some strong medicine.” He said he wished I could make the rounds with him to check all his patients. Get well soon my friend.

I've heard of Tomoyuki Takahashi's Fading Coin before, but I've been unable to find a video or description, mostly just the other thread on the Café: https://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/view......c=586608 and a reference on the Conjuring Archives, but with a dead link.
Could someone share more detail? |

I don't think you can post videos directly to the Café. Instead, try putting it on any of the platforms and then linking to it here.
Or are you saying that uploading it to YouTube (or other) is what's not working? Without more details or an error, it's impossible to give real help. |

Actually I didn't think of posting to YouTube first. Thanks

Very cool. Thanks for sharing!
You'd had a question, but it wasn't super clear: Quote:

It is something like the pixel size is wrong for this format
