Hey,

I just got the Eric Paul catalouge and he's advertising his marketing system for kids shows. It sounds good and is something I'd like to consider, however for me in Australia it's fairly pricey. I was wondering if anybody here has purchased it and what they think about it.

Thanks,

Adam,
I have Eric Paul's material and it is very good. I would categorize it as the top one or two children show marketing books I own. (I hesitate, because I just received another book and have just started to read it-however, it is not focused on children's shows.) If you have nothing else, this is a great start.
Good luck.

OK, to carry on this thread, how about people giving their top two or three books on marketing, or marketing guides - maybe review them here - for kids shows (or even general shows)?

Cheers,

Although quite expensive, I personally like John Kapland plan for Fund Raising Program. About $300.00.

Also I like David Ginn's, Promoting You and Me Volume I & II. These give examples including sample letters.

Now, the best non-magic books on marketing are Jay Levinson Guerrilla Marketing books:

Since Eric's sad passing - is it still going to be available?

At this time, it does not appear that any of Eric's materials will be available.

Not even in the future? That is unfortunate.
