About five years ago I bought a used Clarity Box by David Regal. When I tip the contents out, it makes more "noise" than expected. I'm not talking "gun shot" kind of noise, but it's not "feather falling on a marshmallow" quiet either. Has anyone had the same issue, and if so, how did you deal with it? I don't think mine is a cheap Chinese knock-off as the all the included materials seem like high quality.

I have used the box for a few years now. It does make a noise but no one has ever questioned it. A card falls out the box so it should not be silent.

Thanks for the response. Ron Timmer has an alternate handling where he gives the box a shake before he pours out the card. There’s a video of it on YouTube. He doesn’t say that it’s specifically to cover noise, but doesn’t actually give any explanation of why he does it.
