In this YouTube video, Paul Vigil presents a very nice handling of the Professor’s Nightmare. At 28:20, does anyone know if the opening display sequence is in print?

You should be able to figure out every sequence just be watching the video, which is a problem - so can the spectators.

Just an opinion, but why not find a routine that does not start off with revealing the trick?

It's a move by Roger Sylwester and was in print in Heirophant # 3, I learned it from James Lewis' "Million Dollar Mysteries" tape and I believe it's in his "Thinking About Magic" lecture notes as well.
