Hello,
I just received an old Owens Bullseye effect but it is MISSING the Houlette! I would like to restore this effect however I have forgotten the details of the gimmicked Houlette. I used to own this effect years ago but my mental-blueprint has faded. I would like to BUY the missing part if someone has one or... Is there any way someone could send me detailed pics of this missing piece? I would be glad to return the favor somehow...just ask. Thanks for your consideration, Chance

Hey Don,
Ya know...that is a thought  I figured they are a bit busy to deal with my requests. The guy that sold me the effect just sent me a detailed drawing so I am cool.
