Here's my take on the Lie Detector plot it's simple to perform and gets a great reaction.

That's not a lie detection effect, it's a spelling effect.
The switch was a bit sloppy, but it gets the job done, the problem I have with spelling effects, besides the dealing, is it is hard to have non descriptive lines that are relevant. |

Most lie detector routines are basically spelling routines Nothing But The Truth by Cameron Francis being just one example hence why I call it a lie detector routine, the reason I call it a performance is that I am performing it to a real spectator rather than just to a camera unlike most people who put up videos on youtube.
The reason I said it gets a great reaction is because of the spectators reaction in the video and because that's the reason I get off spectators when I perform it rather the over the top reactions you see in demo's. Thanks for all your negative comments I look forward to seeing you post a video of one of your perfect performances so that I can learn something from you. You can't beat the magic community when it comes to magicians supporting other magicians ha ha |
