Anyone know who the original publishers were and who now might own the rights?

Collector's Workshop in Virginia were the original publishers. H & R Magic Books were the second publishers. Beyond that I'm in the fog.

Try Jheff. He edited/published some of Bob's e-books and is familiar with the state of rights' ownership.
