I am wanting to upgrade my side tables. Could anyone give me some advice on which ones are the best. Also, I don't want to spend too much on them. I have the Euureka tables and the base does not hold the top very sturdy. Also the height adjustment doesen't hold well and it slips down. The flange to attach the top to the base looks like a galvanized plumbing flange and the threads are "loose".
I've thought about using music stands or even mic or drum stands for the base, but I don't know where to get a flange to attach the top and make it removable. I would really appreciate your help. Magically yours, Regan

Regan,
Contact George at Chalet Magic and have him make you some on the Doves to Rabbit base. You will likely see him a SCAM anyway. Don't throw the Eureka bases away. Sell them to me. I need them for Jet Set parts. Bob Magic By Sander |

Don't worry Bob, I don't throw much away. I know I can find a use if I do replace it. The stand itself is ok, very sturdy and well built. It's the connector and flange that is problematic for me.
I know Chalet Magic makes great stuff. IMO, George Kimerly's quality is unsurpassed. I'm not sure I want all my stands with rollers because of portability though. Also I'd like to save some money, if I can make them sturdy enough. Thanks for responding. If I decide to get rid of the Eureka Base, I'll let you know. Regan
