What should I do to make the 3 Shell Game Ungooglable? So far I have:
1) Don't call it 3 shell game 2) Don't use walnut shells Please help. Thanks! |

Personally, I don't think you need to do anything. People already knew what the shell game was before Google. Even if you know every single way in which it can be done, that doesn't mean you'll be able to catch where the pea is. There are moves that, when done correctly, allow you to put the pea under any shell without any tells whatsoever.

I doubt if any name used for the "old Army Game", "Thimblerigging", etc. is old as mud. It goes back in recorded history to at least ancient Greece. Anyone who wants to google it will find it and find tutorials for performing/playing it.
As our compeers said above "don't worry about it". If you are performing it for entertainment then make sure that your routine is indeed entertaining with a "wow!" finish. If you are actually using to relieve the unsuspecting from their money then you'll be pleasantly surprised how many folks that should know better will lay down money and lose. So grab three bottle caps and call them the Cups and Balls and have some fun.
