Today marks the 150th birthday of the famous magician and escapologist Harry Houdini. I was surprised to learn that Harry celebrated two birthdays: one on his actual birthdate and a public one on the 6th of July. I am not an expert on Houdini, but this fact was new to me. I have written a short blog post on this topic for those interested in the details. The blog post also showcases two pocket watches that the great illusionist and magician once owned.
