New update available - Version 1.2 In this version, here is what has been changed and/or updated: ------------ [b]Anagram Mode 
The output words are randomised when you turn on Anagram Mode. The random order helps to hide the acrostic for the very observant participants, allowing the performer to control exactly when the kicker happens . ------------ Custom Lists Unlocked 
[I]All users have now unlocked this premium feature. Originally, additional lists were conceived as optional extras , but it has become apparent that they are a necessity for many users. Therefore, they have been unlocked for all at no extra cost. ------------ 3 List Save Slots 
Instead of a single custom list, users can now access three lists 'save slots', fully customisable for the user and saved between updates. ------------ List Reminder 
In the 'Main' menu, at the perform button, you can see what list you have active, written in parentheses after the 'input' and 'output' selections. A feature to give you confidence every time you hit that NameForge button. ------------ Phonewords Offline Mode 
[I]Users can now select 'Clipboard' in the Phonewords settings. No internet is required when using Phonewords as your input method in this mode. This brings yet another offline input ------------ |

NEW UPDATE AVAILABLE - VERSION 2.0 In this version, here is what has been changed and/or updated: ------------ Quick Launch Profiles - 3 Custom Profiles 
Instead of the single performance settings users now get three unique performance settings where all features can be independently customised and saved, essentially like having three NameForges on your phone. ------------ Quick Launch Custom Names 
Each new Quick Launch profile can be renamed to take any guesswork out of which profile you are performing with. ------------ Quick Launch Custom Emoji 
The user can choose each Quick Launch emoji. Multiple emojis can also indicate the inputs, outputs, and lists. ------------ Dedicated Quick Launch Shortcuts 
Each Quick Launch has its own shortcut. This feature allows the user to run directly from an icon on their Home Screen without having to go through any menus. It's as simple as tapping and performing. ------------ Start Signals 
Previously, the double vibrate was the only way to know when NameForge was ready. Three more signals have been added: a user confirmation box, a banner notification and a notification sound. More than one can be selected, or none can be chosen if you don't need it ------------ Help Note 
[I]When the installer begins, it first creates a 'NameForge Help' Note in your Notes. Inside, you can find your ShareLock ID and links to contacting customer support. So now, even if you have a problem with installation, you can easily find help in the support process. ------------ Custom Gallery Has Retired 
Users asked us to bring the URL Scheme Ouput to NameForge so they can send the Forged text to services such as 'The Architect of Predictions'. Now that this is possible, the option of retiring the Custom Gallery was decided. I tested this app over the weekend and it's truly incredible. The reactions I received were nothing short of mind-blowing. Nameforge is well-crafted, easy to use, and fully customizable. My preferred method is using "inject" for input and "hydra" for output. Here's how it works: I ask a spectator to Google someone they went to school with to see if they appear in the search. I then hint at how impressive it would be if their friend's name was listed in my Instagram bio. They check my IG and find a list of names, none of which match their friend’s. I explain that I like to give shoutouts to my spectators in my bio. When they take a closer look, they discover the first letters of each listed name spell out their classmate's name. It’s a powerful effect.
This description is just the barebones of my full presentation. I've included a screenshot of what my IG looks like after using Nameforge. If you're a working pro or a hobbyist with a bit of extra cash, this is definitely worth grabbing! Some people say it’s expensive but for what you get hell no it is not! Trust me!

Love the latest update. Now you can save a preset for each input & output, making it much easier for professional gigs to switch routines without going through the settings. I love using Nameforge with Phonewords as you already have a routine during the "processing time" and can use Nameforge as a reveal after. I highly recommend it.

Hi everyone
Updates for the Shortcut App Will be On Pause Exciting news, I'm creating and developing the NameForge App. Therefore, instead of working on updates for the Shortcut App, I am putting my time (limited right now as I have family visiting) into App development. The App will allow the NameForge process to take a few seconds, and the user experience will vastly improve. Updates with an app will be super easy as well, at the moment updates can be a little slow due to the multiple Shortcuts and permissions process. Will update you more as and when I have more information, but big changes are coming! Cheers, Paul |
