Wow.What a great show. I can't say I can afford to purchase any of these effects, but I so did enjoy watching and learning how much effort is being put into entertaining today's magic audiences. Absolutely brilliant thinking on every level. Thank you for more informative reviews guys. I may not be able to buy anything tonight, but I sure do feel richer.

Good lord, that Phonewords trick. I went to make a cup of tea, and when I came back he was still at it! Dull, dull, dull.

After using Jolt for a while, I’ve been removed from the site, banned from their Facebook and refunded my money.

Why? Because I didn’t follow a set of rules that were never clearly published…

One of which was posting enhancement ideas in new posts rather than adding to an existing list…

Another was because I messaged Steve Sheraton privately about the product rather than using a support channel I didn’t know about.

Oh and then apparently I posted about what I thought were bugs that turned out not to be… but how was I to know?!

Anyway I’m not going to disparage the product itself - frankly it’s excellent. But if you choose to buy this, be very aware that the Facebook group that you’ll really need to be part of in order to utilise the product and acquire new Jolt effects etc, is tyrannical and if you don’t follow their ridiculous rules you’ll be ejected.

No wonder the community is virtually silent despite a great product… inexperienced and paranoid admins are killing discussion and ruining the entire customer experience. I’d recommended this product to a friend who purchased, and now I feel kind of bad about doing so, since had I known how poorly they treat their customers at that time I would never have recommended the product to anyone, let alone a friend.

So… fantastic product, horrendous customer service and community management. Buyer beware.
