Hi, does anyone know where I can get, or who can make, discs and shells? the discs would need to be the same size than a half dollar, but plain. Don't need to be metal, they can be, or they can be plastic. I found a place that cuts them from acrylic sheets, which would be fine, but they can't make a shell. I would need an option that would also support a shell. So, pretty much like a half dollar and shell, but made of plastic or metal, but plain.

I have a buddy who owns a milling and fabrication shop. We're working on a plan to get some good quality coin shells from steel Morgan replicas and Kennedy halves at a decent price. Both expanded shells and locking.
I'll ask him if he's able to batch out plastic shells that could fit over half dollars. Do you have a size and quantity in mind?
