Hi - I have 12 saved "inbox" messages and 12 saved "sent" messages - but I am told my mailbox is full.

The IM page says I have 66 messages - which is six over the limit.

However, 2/3 of those are from management, and I don't see any way to delete them.

Is there anything I can do about this? Or am I destined to have no PM availability due to the mailbox getting stuffed with advertisements that I cannot delete.

Updates

1) I found a way to delete the advertising messages, one by one, after loading each one.

2) I was not aware that messages sent to "trash" are still counted and they must still be deleted, which I now did.

So now the PM page says I have just 24 messages, which is a big improvement.

Glad you figured it out. All PM boxes count toward the limit. Normally the PM from management auto deleted after a few days but there is a glitch in our system preventing them from deleting.
