The Magic Cafe Forums - Searching for Max Maven items

There are two items of Max's that I have trouble finding.
"Rapid Transit" (1974) and "Numero Uno" (with Jim Vetter, 1975).

I have permission from Max Maven's estate to obtain copies of these items.
If anyone here happen to have any of them, I would really appreciate a scan or photo (as flat as possible).

Additionally, the magazine "MAGICK THESAURUS" (published by Bud Morris) has been unusually elusive. There's three items there that I'm searching for:

March 1977: Variations on Deck of Seven
November 1977: Full Deck Triad
June 1978: Australian Psychic Poker

...Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
