I have seen this video and am planning to get it on DVD. Its very good. Mr Carlyle has the charisma of a mindreader and a joy to watch him perform. Most routines require some apparatus, but some don't. A gem I would say.
The lock routine uses a special lock and I still can't find it anywhere online! Not at Denny&Lee,H-Pocus,trickery, ronjo, elmwood, and the rest. Maybe someone can point out to me. |

Concerning the lock you are looking for... ask " Mr Carlyle " that is where I got mine.
Great routine, excellent materials. - Nicodemus

As the producer of this DVD, I will try not to comment except to say that I am very proud to (re) release this to the fraternity. I hope everyone enjoys the new Carlyle Touch DVD.
Regarding the lock (the best of it's type on the market), you can purchase it in two different sizes from Carlyle's online catalog site. http://carlyletouch.com Best in Mind, Michael Sibbernsen Starr Video Productions |

Just a quick note: Keep your eyes open for a review on The Carlyle Touch in Steve Brooks DVD review section. Also, since it is just now "hitting the market", expect to see many more reviews in days and weeks to come. I look forward to reading them myself.

One persons opinion...
The Carlyle DVD is overall is good and there are number of good effects / tips on it to make it worthwhile purchase. Somethings were very helpful, Opener My Way, Add-a-No, Did I Send You a Thought. And a couple were of less value, IMO. My only minor irritation, and I stress minor, is the interviewer. I would have enjoyed this DVD more if the guy interviewing Carlyle had shown a little life instead of sitting there like a love struck puppy. Perhaps watch the Michael Ammar DVD's for some insight on asking pertinent questions to amplify, clarify, and expand on the subject at hand. Also the DVD menu could benefit from allowing you to select just the methods from the performances. Refer to Paul Green's "In the Trenches" for an excellent example of DVD menu use. The best part for me was the 'little tips' Carlyle shared from years of experience. Things that make the diffeerence between good & great. Like I said, one persons opinion. - Nicodemus
