For me, it's a tie between:

"But I was watching, and you didn't do ANYTHING!"

and

"Before now, I never really liked magicians, but you're good!"

Where can this pass be found (book, video)?

I don't perform a pass at least it is necessary, with this I mean that if I am not in a sutiation where I can perform the pass I don't do it, I can perform a lot of other controls, like the side steal and give the deck to be shuffled, or simply, the Tamariz Perpendicular Control, I think is one of the best controls ever invented, I love this move, It's invisible at all, and made with missdirection is much more deceiptive.

That's all.

if it's in a book, it's probabaly hard to get.

it is on his volume 3 video, however.

truquero,
the Tamariz Perpendicular Control is more than just a control. It's a great utility technique. You'll find the move and many applications for it in Tamariz' book Sonata. Unfortunately it is hard to find (out of print as far as I know).

But there is good news. Tamariz explains the TPC and some tricks that make use of it on tape 3 of his "Lessons in Magic" Video series (A1 Multimedia).

And Juan Tamariz has many many more applications of his TPC than published in Sonata or on Lessons in Magic.
Some applications along with the basic move itself are also described in the books on the memorized deck.
