Which gags with modeling balloons are the funniest in shows for children/families? Maybe we can share our personal top 5 here and inspire each other. Number 1 is the best.
1. tear the balloon in half so that you have half a balloon in each hand. This works if you twist the balloon in the middle a few times beforehand. Then tear the two halves apart with force. Then give the first child the first half balloon to hold and let the balloon fly away into the air before the child grabs the balloon. Look away when handing over the balloon and then be surprised yourself. Repeat this with another child (or the same child) with the other half of the balloon. 2. model a rabbit, put the front legs into the back legs, show the rabbit and then give it to a child. Look away. Audience laughs, because whenever the child takes over the bunny, the front legs pop out of the back legs (push out with your fingers) and the bunny is ruined. Repair the rabbit and ask the child not to do this again. Each time the rabbit breaks, you get more and more angry and finally tear the rabbit out of the child's hand angrily. Repair the bunny and give it to the child peacefully. Goes down very well! 3. model a balloon hat consisting mainly of three plaited balloons. The last approx. 5 inches of these three balloons are not inflated. You can therefore have the spectator blow against one end of one balloon and at the same time push air upwards, giving the impression that the spectator has created the bubble. To do this, you have to stretch the end of the balloon a little beforehand. Repeat this a second time. For the third balloon, talk to the audience during the act and pull the balloon away whenever the spectator blows without seeing that. It gets funny for the audience from the second time onwards when they realize that this is intentional. Then don't pull the balloon away the third or fourth time and then put the balloon on the head oft he child. 4. take a balloon in your hand, talk to a child about which balloon animal they would like to have, seemingly without realizing it, hit the other child in the face with the balloon several times, then apologize. 5. the spectator should blow against the poodle's tail - at that moment you push air upwards so that the spectator thinks he has produced the tail's new bubble. Old, but still good. One more: Start by forming a bunny, for example, pop the balloon apparently by mistake, be disappointed, hand the broken balloon to the child with the words “Here's your bunny” |
