It seems to me like perhaps they're not giving you precise enough measurements. It's pretty surprising to me that they're all exactly round numbers. It's possible, just unlikely.
I'm unfortunately not sure where my calipers are at the moment, so I can't measure it for you. Though I maintain that if your WL shell ID is 30.58, then it's a reduced set, not expanded - which is likely part of your problem. What's the OD? |

No, it's not, I bought it without coins. It's outer diameter is 31,46 mm.
But you may be right with the measurements. |

Something is wrong here.
If the inner diameter is 30.58 and the outer is 31.44,that means the shell wall is 0.86mm. that's *WAY* too thick for an expanded or unexpanded shell. Sounds more like it's from something like a Scotch and Soda. Can you post a photo of your coins and the shell "mouth up" so we can see the rim?
