I just watched the video for Quartet by Mark Mason. On the video he talks about the gimmick lasting a long time, but does provide the material to fix it should it break.
After watching the video I opened the package took out the gimmick and followed his instructions. The first time out the gimmick broke!! Sure, I can fix it with the supplied materials, but shouldn't it last a little longer. I haven't had much luck with his products, so I guess this is another one for the junk draw.

Don’t know - I have his trick with two quarters - one penetrates a cloth the spectator is holding, It has served me well for a long time. You might try to contact him.

I would contact Mark, he's a great guy and I bet he would make it right.

I bought Quartet - couldn’t get the video to work. Asked for help here on the Cafe, and was told that was prohibited. So it’s in my junk drawer

Tried the new gimmick and it broke again. I ask, should it not last longer?
