I found these cheap cups on Amazon that with great for a 1 cup routine. You get 3 stainless steel cups for 8 bucks, they have a concave bottom and will fit a 57 mm juggling sphere.

They can be squeezed enough to hold the sphere in place until the reveal. If the sphere gets wedged in the cup it can be tapped on the table and it comes out.
