Some Ring routines have an aspect of this.

McCombical Deck is a good option because it starts out like the Volunteer can't fail to do as you want but ends with the Volunteer sort of tricking the Magician and the Magician using Magic to make things right, So... everyone is a winner with some comedy along the way. There are many versions of this, some more Kid frendly that playing cards.

I've seen one done on the table top. Perhaps others will know a source or name for these.

I don't know your experience level but it is easy to be impressed by this kind of thing done by a Pro.

Make sure you don't do too many and everyone is having fun. Otherwise you can look like a jerk who enjoys making people look foolish.
