Hi!

With a free week and having discovered a platform that sparked my interest in writing silly songs, I'm excited to share with you what I believe to be the first musical comedy album about magic.

HEX consists of 8 songs, with themes ranging from the idiosyncrasies of walkaround magic (1. Walkaround Magician) to the serious consequences of people confusing "magician" with "musician" (8. Hex). There's also a song about the counterpart to the Ambitious Card (2. The Humble Card), and another that I hope we can all sing together someday, complete with a specific choreography (3. Elsmley Count). Let’s not forget the challenges of colonial language in magic (4. Flags) and the apocalyptic comfort brought to us by a forgotten branch of magic (7. Gospel Magic).
