I have a set of two very nice metal washers. One is gimmicked. They look like brass and have black stripe near the outer edge and another around the hole in the coin. The coins come with a cord.

My understanding is that this was made by Steve Dushek. Can anyone give me more information and possibly PM me the instructions?
