Hello, I'm currently in the process of writing a show and I've become interested in the tech based mentalism tools.
I'm currently especially looking for a scale (like pitata, mindscale, soul, etc) and realized that all those scales have their own eco system. I think I'd prefer to have a small peek device like the notifier or the peeksmith. That's why I'm leaning towards illuminati or Electricks at the moment, but there's probably other pros and cons that I'm not considering. So what's everyone's thoughts? (I'm using android fyi) |

If you are serious about electronic mentalism the first thing you need to get is is an iPhone. Although Benke Smith makes Android versions of his apps, he has announced he is phasing out support for newer Android OS versions. Meaning, at some point, he will no longer update his Android apps.
I'm pretty sure iOS is required for Illuminati products. I know the Audience Wonderland and Glyphs apps are iOS only. Mark |

Thank you Mark for the response! I think you're right. It just sucks that all magic apps I have are in Android and it would be a pain to transfer them to iOS.
With iOS, do you have any recommendations for which company to purchase electronic mentalism tools from? Especially with regards to scales (and maybe printer but it seems like glyphs is the consensus for that) |

My apologies... Benke is continuing to support Android. What he announced is that he will eventually stop putting his apps in the Google Play store. At some point, his apps for Android will only be available to install by a standalone APK installer.

Benke's support and enthusiasm alone is worth diving into the peeksmith ecosystem, he's constantly updating his apps and incorporating new ideas
