Is Denny’s wonderful routine available to watch or learn anywhere?

It might be in the big Denny Haney book that Scott Alexander published ?

Sadly,the book is now out of print and with the untimely death of Scott Alexander not likely to be reprinted anytime soon , unless someone else picks up the rights to republish it.

I don't have a copy of the book. When it came out I couldn't afford to purchase it and now second hand copies are even more expensive.
Maybe someone who owns the book can confirm whether Denny's routine for the ketchup bottle is in the book.

Both Denny and Scott were tragic losses for the magic community. I certainly miss visiting with each of them.

I have a copy of the book. It's not in there. The link above does show the table of contents on both the book and the accompanying DVDs.
