Does anyone here have experience buying modeling balloons from China and can report on it?

On the Temu and Ali Express websites, bags of 100 balloons are sometimes offered for around 2 euros/dollars in Germany.

Some of the balloons appear to be a different size than 260 (2 inches wide, 60 inches long).

The shipping costs appear to be very low.

Does anyone know if you have to pay 20 percent import sales tax on the value of the goods and the postage in Germany, or if you might be fortunate enough to receive the balloons without additional charges?

For some things, such as practicing new balloon animals or beginner courses, inexpensive balloons seem sufficient to me, but I have never held these balloons from China in my hands.

Can anyone recommend a source for bags of 100 balloons of size 260? Thank you in advance.

I've purchased some cheap ones off Amazon (Koogel 400 PCS 260 Long Balloons) that I have used to practice and for busking. They work okay, they may frustrate beginners as they are much thinner than the good ones, but if you have them manage air pressure from the start they are fine for that application. I try to stay away from them for busking now because they break too often after I give them out.

About two months ago, I ordered ten bags of 260 balloons from China. The balloons were much shorter and thinner than the 260 balloons sold by specialist retailers in Germany and were therefore not suitable for the figures I had learned to make. After returning the balloons to China, the money was fortunately refunded immediately. It would be nice to buy 100 balloons for, say, 3 or 40 euros/dollars. But so far, I don't know of any good sources for purchasing them in China.
