I'm looking to get a couple of items from SEO magic. Items I had in the past. Over a few weeks early this month, I emailed, called, and texted them. Twice. No response. I hope everyone there is alright.
Does anyone know if they are still in business? Thanks.

I can tell you I ordered a few items from SEO earlier this year (March 2025) so at that time SEO was still open for business. I've noticed over the last few years he tends to be very slow about responding to emails. Let us know if you hear anything.

I've noticed there are certain magic dealers who are very lax about replying to emails or returning phone messages left to their voicemail. I tend to stop buying from those companies. |

I sent another message last night. I'm to the point that it is just a waste of time. I would not bother, but SEO is the only one that makes the item I need.

YES! They are open. I just got a reply. They were in Japan. That crossed my mind. Anyway, they can help me get what I want. Thanks.

That's good to know. SEO provides some unique , hard to find items.
Something I appreciate about certain boutique magic shops online is they will post a big BANNER notice on the front page of their website when they are going to be out-of-town or on vacation , so the user is advised there will be a delay in shipping and a delay in responding to emails for a specified time period. Some eBay sellers do the same, so before you buy or bid you are advised that the seller will not respond to messages or ship the items within a certain time period. A good policy, because it avoids confusion and disappointed expectations. |
