Can anyone advise how to use the rectangular packet style throw streamers, think they are known as kabuki streamers?
The small coils are wrapped in tissue paper then brown paper, with a thin tissue paper band to act as a tab. Not sure where to hold, when to tear/cut, if the brown paper needs removing pre-show etc.
