I am unable to gain access to the site. Am I the only one. I get the message, "This site can't be reached" www.breakthroughtrick.com unexpectedly closed the connection. Is there a way to remedy this?

It's not universally down--I (and someone else in the thread) are able to access it just fine--so have you looked for solutions on your end (clearing cache, trying to go directly to the learning link rather than the homepage, googling what the error message means, etc)? It's one of my many pet peeves (I have a whole menagerie of them) when people blame an issue on the wrong party.

You can blame the user, but this is poor customer service. The idea of only having online access to the videos is just not thinking of the customer who paid so much. Even the rip off Chinese sites offer the videos for almost nothing... If you paid a lot for this, you deserve to own the videos, imho. |

I had this exact same issue. I googled the error and there were a list of potential fixes, the first, was related simply to the time and date on the computer. For some reason my computer had me in a different time zone, which seemed to trigger this error. I changed my time zone and it fixed everything. Not sure if that's the same problem with others, but that immediately fixed things for me.

All websites now should have an “s” after http. It’s not difficult or expensive, it’s a basic security function all websites now should have.

Cool, but I tried to do a password reset from the site and simply clicked on the link that was sent via email to me automatically. So I just clicked on the link.
And guess what happened? It said that disconnection is not secure. I cannot go any further. What’s happening?
