I love effects that provide a way to connect with others in an interesting, engaging manner that's about the person you are performing for. No Small Talk is ideal for this purpose, and ideal for the casual performer, and also for the working pro.

As Chris explains, No Small Talk is his modernized version of the one-to-one Q&A or mini-reading. The props you receive are a small plastic wallet card, a tyvek envelope and two double blank cards, the same size as the wallet card. Everything is very compact and will fit in a wallet or pocket. The props are durable and made to last. You will need to pick up additional blank cards for performance if you don't already have them.

In a nutshell, No Small Talk allows you to break the ice and connect with an individual or small group, and under the guise of playing a simple "getting to know you" game, you will be able to tell them things about themselves you could not know. So you are reading them and the effect is focused on them including revealing aspects of their personality.

The 44 minute instructional video includes a complete performance and detailed instructions that I found to be just about the perfect length.

This is a fantastic release that I whole-heartedly recommend.

Thanks so much!

Do you get the download link to the instructions directly after the purchase or do you get the link with the physical items?

I received the tutorial information when the physical item arrived.

I just received this and love it. Another winner from Chris and an EDC for when you need to get booked!
