Hello everyone, around mid December I placed an order on Roy Kueppers’ website for some gaffed coins I need. After a few days I sent him an email asking approximately how much time it would take to elaborate the order but I got no reply. Afterwards I reached out via WhatsApp using the phone number that’s listed on the website, but again I didn’t receive a reply. Did anyone have similar experiences? I understand that it’s a holiday period and things may be delayed, but it’s been almost 3 weeks with no updates and I am starting to get a bit concerned since this is my first time ordering from him.

This is typical of Roy, unfortunately.

My experience has been calling him between 8a-8:30a during the workweek is the best way to get in touch with him. He's usually in the shop just starting his day.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Since I am only interested in knowing how long it will take to ship the coins (weeks, months…) do you have any idea of approximately how much time it usually takes for him to process an order? In my case it only consists of 1 expanded shell + inserts and 1 flipper. Thank you again

There is no standard time period...some have waited weeks...some have waited months. Do a search of these forums.

Roy will ship an order sooner if he's contacted by phone. That I know for a fact.
