Hi everyone,
I just came across Mark Striving's book The Greatest One-Man Psychic Effect of All-Time as I was looking for an in-depth source on Psychometry effects. Looks exactly like what I was looking for ! However I've not been able to find a review on the Café or anywhere else. Could anyone share thoughts on the book and/or point me to a review ? Thanks so much Perlimpinpin |

Thanks Jerskin,
Good call on marketplaceofthemind, although I was hoping for a longer form review. I don't see a review on penguin (I see the product page though). I'm curious for any thoughts from Cafe users who have had the chance to read the book. Best Perlimpinpin |

I haven't got it, but chatted with Terry Tyson a few times about it. He's spoken very positively about it. I've remained put off by the price as I already own many of the versions listed and I'm not sure that permission will have been granted for all of them:
Theo Annemann T.A. Waters Milbourne Christopher Gerald Kosky Tony Raven Dr. Jaks Peter Warlock Ted Lesley Ormond McGill William Larsen Bascom Jones Al Koran Phil Goldstein Will Dexter Jack Kent Tillar Larry Becker Barrie Richardson Sid Lorraine Hen Fetsch Ned Rutledge Arthur Setterington Karrell Fox J.G. Thompson, Jr. So for me it would just be compiling all of these in one place, which I do like the idea of. Though I know for a lot of these they'll be repetition, it's interesting doing deep dives on those small variants to decide on your own routine. |

Thanks Joshua for sharing.
I'll look into this one and report back on my findings. It sounds exactly like what I was looking for. |

No worries. I'm planning to pick it up some point as a treat for myself. If you fancy some more psychometry there was a month dedicated to it on the my mind rocks subscription. I think it was two sessions with Looch and Terry Tyson talking it through and then a panel session which had Mark on as well. Terry's notes I think we're put up as well I think which are fabulous.
