Hi all,

I've been on the fence about adding hopping half to my close up set for about a year now. I keep looking at them and comparing sets, etc.

The main thing that puts me off is the reset.

Do any of you have success with resetting while adding them to your pocket? If I can be sure that it's possible to do I'll get a set for sure. I really like the idea of using a quiver for the final reveal of them hopping back to the coin purse, so I'll be including that as well. I'm just stuck on the pocket reset part of it.

Thanks in advance!

I prefer to perform Short Hop instead which allows me to have the coins examined at the beginning and has the bonus of an instant rest.

With a little arts and crafts, some duct tape and a piece of cardboard you can make a pocket sized double sided card with pouches for the coin sets.just add the coins to the correct pouch facing the correct way in your pocket.

Thank you. I was wondering about trying something like this.

Hopping Chips Trick by N2G. I have several sets, but this along with a quiver, has become my favorite - using their stickers on the inside. I had never considered some arts and crafts to help rebuilding them as you use them. What a great idea. Any chance of a picture of the finished project?

This is a shameless plug, but if you're looking for a version that doesn't use the typical gaff, here is my work on the plot: https://youtu.be/tgTJhp6L9mU?si=WFZiQtKvOlwDj9QZ
