I'm currently working on a stage routine where a silk gets sucked into an object.
Since this is for a stage performance, I need something that balances strength and invisibility under stage lights.
What type of thread or wire do you personally recommend for this kind of effect?

That doesn’t answer David’s question. Your asking for help to vanish a silk into an object and David is asking wgat the object is. It might nake a difference in what is recommended
