Somehow, from our family moving a few times when I was a kid, and then all of us moving a few more times after the kids left the nest, I have been to quite a few magic shops (as well as libraries) in the USA:

A magic shop at Disney World Orlando
One of the Houdini's shops in Vegas
The Denny & Lee branch in Vegas
Tannen's in Manhattan

However, these were all fleeting visits and I never participated in the more social things that some magic shops might have offered, such as lectures or jam sessions. Sorry that I don't have any interesting stories to tell about any of these visits.
