yes it was late and I cannot correct it. Thanks for your comment. Clearly I was thinking about his twin brother.

I'd like to hear from Matthew on what the material these are made of....if its leather, great! But it doesn't say and that usually means plastic or some other fancy words that just mean plastic. I like the idea of the cutouts for easy retrieval, but if they are plastic, I think its going to tear at those top thin corners of the cutout "pyramid".

Be interested to hear how it compares to the one card index which is pretty good. Robust flexible hard wearing material.

In the Demo a close up of the index shows stiches around the edges. I am assuming is leather. You cannot stich vinyl or cardboard. The thread will not hold. I placed the order. I will confirm it when I get it.

The index appears to be made of genuine leather, at least, it smells like it, which I really like.
The cut out windows are very practical and make a lot of sense.

With 12 slots, it offers plenty of space and works with folded cards, billets, banknotes, and even coins.
The stitching feels a little hard or scratchy in some places, perhaps the protruding threads could be carefully singed off.
The size is ideal for carrying in a trouser pocket even jeans.

The Kordex (Koran) deck uses nine different cards, which are also printed on the back of the card box.
This serves as a useful reference for the integrated MindPower principle.
However, no specific order is printed there.

At first, the setup process feels somewhat arbitrary and seems to be based primarily on visual considerations.
The cards are ultimately arranged sequentially, but the court cards appear to alternate without any system that I personally find particularly useful.

I therefore rearranged the court cards afterwards, from top to bottom, as follows: Queen, Jack, Queen, King, Jack, Queen, King, Jack, Queen.
This way, even without any markings, you always know which court card has to come next.
In other words, you also know what the next unseen court card is.
Of course, if you have the cards dealt completely face up including the selection, this is not an issue, since you can simply see the court card.

There was one thing I found somewhat confusing:
Once everything has been set up, Matthew deals the first card from the top of the deck, the Two of Spades.
He then continues dealing through the sequence until the Two of Spades repeats and appears again in position 8.
However, Matthew says that the cards repeat every tenth position?!

Each block alternates between seven and eight cards - not counting the two indifferent cards here - while Matthew also alternates the different court cards within each block.

So in reality, the cards visually repeat after only eight or nine positions.
Not an obstacle, but definitely a little confusing at first.
So there is no bank consisting of nine cards; rather, there are nine different cards used throughout the deck.

The deck is of great quality (Marked Cards by Penguin Magic).

I may share some impressions of the routine ideas later as well.

The index in Kordex. I like it because I appreciate a compact 12 out index.
