Intriguing Missing Square Playing Card Puzzle Magic



This is a version or presentation of the missing square puzzle, made in a playing card uncut sheet form factor.

You introduce a prediction envelope and a set of puzzle pieces that, when assembled, form the back design of an uncut sheet of playing cards. You have a spectator select a card, which then impossibly vanishes from the physical deck.

Attention returns to the puzzle. You flip the pieces over and reassemble them, only to discover that the spectator's card has vanished from the puzzle image as well.

Finally, the prediction envelope is opened to reveal both the missing playing card and the missing puzzle piece.

Very easy to do. Puzzle pieces can be examined casually.
