I apparently do not know how to retrieve new PMs. I use the old system of clicking onto the xquare but I not onlyh lose the new mesage; all my old (only about 12) messages are also sent to cyberspace.
If your answer contains the word "cookie" I'll need to knw what that means and the sequence of steps involved. Thanks. Marty K |

When you click on the square, you should see some options across the top of the page. IN BOX, SENT, Trash. Click on the IN Box and you should see all your new PM's. Click on Sent and you'll see the ones you have sent or replied to.
