There are some e-books at www.leeasher.com

By the way, you can join Lee Asher's affiliate program at www.leeasher.com/affiliate_with_me.htm

This means you send people to his site, and get paid for it!

Dan Turcotte's site http://www.youdomagic.com has some great video and e-book downloads. They're extremely well produced, very reasonably priced and Dan's great to deal with.
He covers each item in great detail and many include video clips of Dan working in a real-life restaurant situation.
Highly recommended.
