I was working behind the counter at a magic store, and was around a lot of practical jokes. We had a rubber cockroach and thought it would be a good idea to place it on the back of someone's hand.
I would wait for a friend to come in. While I shook their hand I would place the bug on to it, wait, and then comment about the bug on their hand. It recieved great response. I showed it to magician Ice MacDonald, and scared him while Mac King watched. It was Mr King that told me to market it.
