The best DVDs to learn magic from are the Jay Sankey DVDs. I have gotten more magic out of his DVDs than any other magic performer. His magic is simple and effective. Here are Sankey's most popular DVDs:

Very Best Of Jay Sankey Volumes 1, 2 and 3 (3 DVDs)
Revolutionary Card Magic (2 DVDs)
Revolutionary Coin Magic (2 DVDs)
Sankey's Secret Files Volumes 1 & 2 (2 DVDs)
Sankeytized Volumes 1 & 2 (2 DVDs)
Sankey's Greatest Hits (3 DVD-Rs)

Stars of Magic Series 1-9 DVD Set. 150 bucks for hours and hours of great material. This is hands down no brainer.

I will second the brainstorm dvds volume 1+2. These dvds contain enough stuff for an entire show or for some routines.

I'm using 5 effects (in 2 different routines) for my upcoming gig.

I seriously can't stop watching john. He's just so stinkin' funny as well.

Also, on the spot by grego is a must.

I will agree that Miracles for Mortals has some great stuff on them. He even had a sponge ball routine that I actually liked.

Guess no one likes Magic Makers or they would have mentioned "40 ways to force a card". All solid material presented very professional.
If I were to agree with you. Then we would both be wrong. As of Apr 5, 2015 10:26 pm I have 880 posts. Used to have over 1,000

If its really bang for the buck you want I'd say the Patrick Page secret seminars (15 bucks a pop), or the World's greatest magic series from L&L some of these have almost three hours of material for about 20 bucks...
