I was down my high street today when I saw a pastime, cardboard Simpson figurines, dancing to loud pop music defying the laws of gravity with their string legs and plastic feet. A street trader was selling them and I remember about 5/6 years ago when they first came out there where TV programmes exposing this con. It was fishing line attached to a bag or a sandwich board and the thread the figures were attached at the back and to the inside of the radio were the music was coming from, they were hooked up on the bit that turns the tape so they appeared to dance. They can also dance be being attached to the antennae so the vibrations move the figures. They must of thought us very clever public would of forgotten but I remember it like it was yesterday! People were paying for worthless things, they cannot dance to music. Imagine their faces when they get home,
I felt like accidentally dropping my bag on the thread! That would of show ‘em
