Yeah, the replicators. They really can take a long time. I remember when I sent my promotional video to get transferred to DVD and then duplicated, it took months... But the wait will be well worth it. Dave is one of those few individuals who teaches as much about presentation (if not more so) as he does about effect.

Ok, I have copies of all 3 DVD's in my hands right now!!! I just returned from David's lecture in San Francisco, and the DVD's were just sent out from the replicators. The lecture was amazing and as an added bonus the DVD's were for sale tonight for the very first time anywhere. I'm sure everyone will receive their copies in short order.
The lecture was packed and many of us picked up all 3 DVD's. Do not miss seeing this man!!!! His humor is organic, and I am very critical of magicians when they try to sound funny. David is an incredible entertainer and I really am quite blown away. I can't wait to see the DVD's(like right now)!

Hi Gang
Thank you all so much for your increadible patience! The post-production gods were not smiling on me and deadlines slipped by. But I've got them now and we are currently shipping! Hope you think it was worth the wait. Dave |

Just a few quick thoughts..
I really like the Magic Farm DVD so far. All of the material is audience tested and plays very well. In particular I am fond of his work with the color changing deck and his Cocktail Dazzler is a very strong "in the hands" routine perfect for strolling. It combines several effects into a nice sequence. The tips on the striking vanish are cool as well. He hits you with a lot of uses for the move at one point including some ideas for using the vanish as a change. I am still taking everything in, but so far I really like what the DVD has to offer.

Got mine today. Watched Magic Farm. It's so touching to see dave at his boyhood farm and to tell stories. The magic? UNREAL!. There is no one like him. Just the most gifted Magician since Vernon. The stories, plots and charisma take you away to anaother time.

I recived them today, and had a non-stop viewing session. David is outrageous when he is performing for children. Basicly he is a big kid.
Gotta love these tapes. By the way, all the extra material, from Portugal, was the same all over. Anybody else had that too?

The first 30 seconds or so of each episode is the same, and then the rest of the episodes are different. So, wait until Dave trips into the boat... and then the new stuff begins. Alright, now off to explain to my employer why I didn't review any records last night, and arrived late this morning. Thanks a million Dave |

Three Thumbs Up! Great to see Dave again after a too long "absence."
My advice: BUY THESE DVDS! Even if you never buy another magic anything this year. Pure gold (as always from DW)! |

MagicChris: check 'em out again. Only the beginning 30 seconds or so are the same.
Mike Giusti: shhhhhhhh! be quiet about this! |
