Certainly a stand alone effect, but I do love it and it gets good reactions. One of those things like "Deep Astonishment" by Paul Harris -- something you just pull out when you've got a few friends over.

I wanted to throw my 2 cents in. Richard, I'm sure you have made you decision by now. I once bought this trick, and was very paranoid about the move. Trust these folks. I don't endorse a lot, as I have a very strict criteria in what I perform. Dean Dill is a really nice guy with quality product. Buy this, and take the time to learn it well (not that hard) and you're golden. As with any new trick it's gonna take some nerve to perform it, but these people know what they are talking about. If you don't trust me, trust them. If you are anti penguin (as many people on this site are) there are a myriad of other sources you can shop at.

As far as the demo on penguin, this happens a lot in magic. You can not misdirect a camera. Some concessions have to be made. I am not an Oz maniac by any means, but this trick is good.

Just my 2 cents. Hope you buy it, you won't be disapointed.

I once did a review of this effect on this forum, and briefly, I would have to say that on a scale of one to ten, I give Dean's Blizzard a big fat twenty!!

One of the most staggering close-up card effects of all time! all but one is an extremely visual revelation that leaves you clean and your spectators breathless!

Imagine walking up to a table or other close-up situation, asking a spectator to choose a card from an ordinary-looking deck of cards and remember their selection. Replacing the card, the spectator looks on curiously and then in complete shock as the magician causes the ENTIRE deck of cards to go completely blank! That's right, completely blank ON BOTH SIDES!


Well, almost all the deck is completely blank as there is one and only one card that remains ordinary. Yep, you guessed it -- it is the spectator's chosen and remembered card. And THAT'S how a real magician finds a spectator's selection!


all but one is a novel way to look at your card magic and it comes complete with everything you will need to perform the effect, including special Bicycle deck, special gimmicks, and full instructions!

I use humor for misdirection and have yet to be "caught". It is a WINNER.

The cards aren't blank on both sides - just the faces are blank. It would be a little hard to do a d--- sw---- if the backs were blank!

I love this trick. The sw----- is so much fun to do. And, the routine itself is just brilliant. Taking the four of a kind out of the deck, etc. I do think that this is one of those classic card tricks that will never go out of style. I use a Chazpro d--- sh--- with this trick instead of the flimsy box.

So, here's my question: Do you think this trick is best one on one? Or will it really fool a group of people who are watching closely???
