There's a new Cingular television commercial airing now with some magician doing some tricks. Amazingly, for a TV commercial, and for Cingular (which is increasing in unpopularity among many folks), the magician comes off looking good. That's no slight against magicians, but a slight against TV, TV commercials, and Cingular, all of whom somehow end up making people look bad in various ways--television in all the obvious ways, and Cingular through some of their other ads, which just plain annoy people. Anyone know who the magician is in the ad?

I remember him from "30 Seconds to Fame." He must be good because he did not get 'eliminated' by the audience who usually eliminates most magicians!

They only eliminated the magicians that didn't use birds by the way, all the ones that used birds got to stay, and one actually made it to the finals

The Cingular Magician's real name is Justin Willman. His comedy-magic stage name is Justin Kredible. He's 22 years old and from St. Louis, Missouri. I've known him since he was 12. He won the IBM junior stage contest a few years ago in Norfolk, VA. He also headlined the SAM young members show at the convention in Las Vegas. He lived and performed full-time in Boston for four years while a student at Emerson College. Now I believe he's based in Los Angeles for acting purposes, but travels around the country working the college and comedy club circuit.
