Former BBC Radio One presenter Mike Read's musical about Oscar Wilde has flopped after one night in a London Theatre. Critics describing it as "excruciating". Ticket sales reached the grand total of Five.

Read now plans a musical tribute to The Village People!!

Wonder what the next project after this will be, Quentin Crisp on ice?

His previous musical was about Cliff Richard. Ingeniously entitled "Cliff"

Actually former Pop Idol contestant Rik Waller ( he of the broad frame ) had to cancel a forthcoming concert when only 2!! tickets were sold.

Wait till the press track down that couple.
