Not new to magic but always found it difficult in Bobo's "Wrist Watch Vanish" to reproduce the coin.
It really is a nice-enough vanish (maybe a ditch) when done well and I've always liked it but wasn't sure of myself to try it much. Anyway, it works pretty good putting the coin to the watch but reproducing it was always a bit sticky to me. Anyone else ever have this problem? If so, what's your technique for doing it smoothly. Haven't done it in quite a while but I always found the reproduction somewhat clumsy, at least on my part. *Also, loading a coin to a spectator's watch...what's your technique to do this and does it work like a charm? Might try this old trick again, if I can ever get it out as well as I used to get it in...

Loading on a spectator's watch takes a lot of guts and a LOT more misdirection. If you have enough misdirection going for you, it is pretty simple to pull off.

Yes Imagine, it is in Bobo's Coin Magic. Agreeing with Phil here, I don't really think it's so hard to load it on a spectator. It can be really easy if your misdirection is tight. And loading it on your own watch is also easy enough but it's the removing it for reproduction that I find sorta sticky to make happen. It's certainly not as easy as putting it in that's for sure. Just wondering if anyone else found it difficult to remove the coin from the watch and if they figured a good way to make it happen a bit more smoother and consistent without suspicion. You don't have to remove it from a specs watch, as you want them to surprisingly find it there.

Loading a spectators watch is not too difficult. I pull it off all the time. I would say the reason you handle the spectator does not matter much. Sometimes you have them hold their hand out so you can perform a trick in their hand etc.
I think the most important thing is to start a little higher on the arm. (about halfway up the forearm) and then slide down for the load. Don't just ham handedly start grabbing at the wrist area. Just adjust their open hand with your left hand, LIGHTLY grip their forearm with your right hand and then slide down smoothly and fairly quickly for the load, remove your hands and your home free.
